Yes, at DTM we work with many major insurance companies.
Do you do financing?
Yes, we do.
Do you use Bondo?
Yes but very minimal amount to recreate minor details like body lines and curves.
Do you do custom widebody?
Yes, we do wide bodywork on any vehicle.
How long is the warranty on collision repairs and paint jobs?
3 years warranty for collision repairs and paint job. We do not warranty paint jobs done on aftermarket parts.
How long do I expect my car to be there?
It all depends on how big the damage is.
Will my vehicle be secure at your building while it’s there for collision repairs?
Absolutely. We keep all vehicles inside the building during the repair process and we make sure all vehicles are parked inside during after hours.
Do you have rental cars available while my vehicle is being repaired?
Yes, we have rental cars available.
Am I able to keep any of the old parts from my vehicle?
Absolutely. Please let us know before we work on your vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard with 3% charge) only, strictly no checks.
Do you do engine modifications?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
How long can I expect my vehicle to be at your shop for repairs?
It depends on the work being done and how severe the damage is but we update our customers every Tuesdays and Thursdays regarding what process their vehicle is currently at.
Can you fix other, unrelated damage while my vehicle is there?
Yes, but we would have to do another estimate for it.
Can you source and buy OEM and Aftermarket parts for me?
Yes, we have working relationships with local dealerships that can provide parts needed for your vehicle.
